The Air Jordan 9 Boot “Black/Gum” is a November 2021 release of Michael Jordan’s ninth signature basketball shoe recrafted as a winter boot. Originally released by Jordan Brand in 2017, the Jordan 9 Boot in “Black/Gum” returned as part of Jordan’s Holiday 2021 release cycle, and is a one-to-one remake of the original style. Inspired by Nike’s Special Field Boot, the Jordan 9 Boot has a black suede base with tonal leather detailing on the mudguard that spans the toe up to the collar.
